Thank you for taking the time to look at the terms and conditions which are applied to all orders that are placed with Wind Plus Ltd. Wind Plus Ltd may change these terms and conditions from time to time.

All goods remain the property of Wind Plus Ltd until paid for in full. Prices, specifications and the availability of items are subject to change without notice.

Making a Purchase

Please place your order online through this website. We have no minimum order quantity or invoice value. Payment must be received in full in GB pounds sterling (£) before goods are despatched.

Payment will be taken from your card as soon as your order is ready to ship. Out of stock items are not charged for until they are ready to ship, apart from special order items, where full payment will be taken at the time of ordering.

If an item is out of stock at the time of ordering it will be placed on back order. When the item is back in stock, we will contact you to request payment. This will usually be by way of an email containing a "Pay Now" link. Postage is not charged on back orders; the method of posting will be at our discretion. Please contact us if you wish to cancel a back order.

In the case of items that are only available by special order, full payment is taken at the time of ordering. Special order items are non-returnable.

We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express

If you are shopping from outside the UK, your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Wind Plus Ltd will not be responsible for any consequential loss or damage which you may suffer if the products you have ordered are not supplied.


Your order will normally be despatched within three days - often the same day.
Heavy or bulky items may incur additional postage charges; in which case you will be advised before despatch. Back order items will be sent post free.

UK Postage:
Orders shipped within the UK are usually sent by Royal Mail postal service.

Non-UK Postage:
Orders shipped to countries outside the UK are usually sent by Royal Mail International Tracked Air Mail service. Postage will be charged based on the order weight. Postage is calculated automatically at the checkout once the destination country is entered.
Please note that local taxes, customs duty and fees may also be charged by your own country on imported goods. Please contact your own Customs and Tax authorities for further information.

Under no circumstances shall Wind Plus Ltd be liable for consequential loss or damage arising from the damage, loss or delay of an order during transit.

Prices and VAT (Value Added Tax)

All prices are quoted in GB pounds sterling (£) and are subject to UK VAT at 20%. The most up to date prices can be found on this website.

All orders shipped to countries outside the United Kingdom are sent free of UK VAT (zero rated).

Customs clearance charges and fees may be payable on goods entering other countries from the UK. The Customs and Tax authorities in the destination country and the Customs thresholds in place determine if charges are due on imported goods. These charges may include VAT, customs duties and a clearance/handling fee, which will need to be paid before delivery of the goods. Please contact your own Customs authorities for further information.

Businesses outside the UK should advise us of any VAT, EU EORI or Tax ID number that needs to be quoted on the sales invoice. There is provision in the online order process to enter this information.

Items from the "Wholesale" section of the website are available at trade prices via a website login for resale by music shops.

Card Payment Security

When making online card payments, you will be redirected to our Payment Service Provider, Opayo (Sage Pay), to enter your card details. Wind Plus Ltd does not hold card details for any online payments. Payment is completed safely and securely using 128-bit SSL encryption directly on to the Sage Pay web server. These terms and conditions are subject to English Law and any disputes arising will be decided in accordance with English Law in an English court.

Returns Policy

Returns authorisation must be obtained from Wind Plus Ltd within 14 days of receipt of the goods before any returns are made. Any refund will exclude the original delivery charge.

All goods being returned must be in their original condition and must not have been used. All returns must be securely packed and sent at the customers own risk and cost. Please obtain proof of postage so that in the event of a loss you can make a claim with your chosen carrier.

Any pads being returned for refund or exchange may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. In the interests of hygiene, reeds are non-returnable.

Returns for Special Order items will only be permitted due to faulty goods.
